AUDACIOUS – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At AUDACIOUS, we value your satisfaction and want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

    • In their original packaging with tags/labels attached.

  • Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, accessories, or sale items marked as “Final Sale”).


2. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for approved returns that meet our eligibility requirements.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account (processing times may vary by payment provider).

  • Non-refundable items: shipping fees, gift cards, and sale items marked “Final Sale.”

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank/payment provider before contacting us.


4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please specify this in your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at auda-cious@outlook.com or call us at +201500669998 with photos of the issue. We will cover all costs for returning/replacing such items.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
